My new fluval fx6 is pumping millions of air bubbles into my tank and making glugging noises like there is air trapped. This would be attributed to the drying up or hardening of a rubber hose connector thus causing air to be pulled into the filter.

Simply fill the FX6 with water plug the unit in and additional water will get pulled in.
